- all original designs and artwork remain my intellectual property
- i reserve the right to showcase commissioned work in my portfolio and on social media
- unauthorized reproduction, theft, or copying of my designs is strictly prohibited
- drawing directly over my provided artwork is not allowedPayments:
- i work on full prepayment via PayPal
- The payment must be sent within 48 hours after confirmation or the artwork/character wont be transferred
- payment plans and holds are available upon request with agreed deposit amount, timeframe and completion date
- all payments (including deposits) are non-refundable
- Commercial usage (advertising, game development, merchandise, etc.) requires separate licensing fee which we can discuss
- if you'd like for the work to stay private and not be posted on my socials you can pay an additional fee we can discuss
- rush orders are available upon request for additional fee
- you can practically make any request for an additional fee, just ask
- NO BID EDITING, DELETING, OR BACKOUTS PERMITTEDAdopt/custom rules:
- do not resell the character for more than your purchase price unless significant additional artwork has been added
- please credit me as the original design author when displaying or sharing my art of the character
- if you fail to respond to my communications, I reserve the right to reopen the auctionAdditional commission rules:
- in order to get a satisfying result please make sure to provide clear and detailed instructions on what you want
- the deadline depends on the complexity of the artwork
- i will ask for additional payment if you want to make any changes in the artwork after the coloring stage
- nsfw and gore are welcomed, but i will not draw anything explicit containing minors or characters that appear underage, as well as i wont draw anything hateful or discriminatory.I am bad at communication and may be awkward, so sorry in advance.
